" Worldly life exists as long as one sees the 'packing' (relative; non-Self complex). However, if One Sees the 'material' (the real; the Self) then liberation will be attained. "
― Dada Bhagwan , Life Without Conflict
" No personality (prakruti) is a waste, but you have to discover what it is useful for. You do not have to keep saying, ‘You do not know how to make this sweet. You do not know how to do this and how to do that.’ But, instead discover what he knows. "
" This worldly life exists because of people at home, not because of anything else. One does not know how to derive benefits from the home. This is an association of five-six people. "
" The ‘Knowledge’ that does not let you mix [be one] with the non-Self [Anatma], that ‘Knowledge’ is itself the Soul [Atma, the Pure Self]. "
" In reality, no one is indeed at fault (doshit). When prakruti (relative self) is the doer, the Self is not responsible. When prakruti is being bound, the Self takes the ownership due to illusion, but at the time of the prakruti’s unwinding, the Self is not the owner. "
" All worldly relationships are earnings of ‘foreign land’ (non-Self); only the earnings of the ‘home land’ (Self) will be carried with Us (in our next life). "
" Whatever circumstance (avastha) one is in at any given moment, he believes that circumstance to be the 'eternal truth' and [thus] he keeps getting entangled. "
" The foundation of this world is indeed knowledge (gnan). It is on the basis of knowledge that living beings function! Is it Knowledge (Gnan) or ignorance (aGnan)? Ignorance too is knowledge indeed. It is the Gnani (the enlightened one) who has differentiated between the two. Otherwise, whatever knowledge a living being has, it simply functions according to that knowledge. Therefore, it is indeed knowledge that runs this world. "
" What are the miseries in this world, due to? They exist because one’s “vision” is not “clear”. "
" Wherever there is 'the sense of Knowing' (jaanpanu), there 'the sense of doership' (kartapanu) cannot exist. Where there is a 'sense of doership', there cannot be 'the sense of Knowing'. "
" There should be normality in the worldly life. It should not be such that a relative of yours comes to be a friend with you once and fight with you next time. "
" To generate difference of opinion is the ‘poison’ itself. One wants to be immortal and he is drinking ‘poison’. "
" The whole worldly life is in the form of net (which catches us). One frees himself from nylon net and becomes entangled in a silk one. Only a free man can free us from these nets. "
" The Lord himself is Vitaraag (free from attachment and abhorrence), and when the state completely free of attachment and abhorrence (vitaraagta) towards the world and the body arises in you, then your (spiritual) work will be done. Leave aside that towards the world, but even if you become free from attachment and abhorrence towards the body, then your (spiritual) work will be done. "
" What is vyavasthit (result of scientific circumstantial evidences) like? It is the energy of samashti (aggregated, universal) whereas these [living beings] are in the form of vyashti (individual, each portion of a whole). All the illusory intents of [all] vyashti are fed into samashti and through a 'computer' the results of samashti are received . "
" If a mind becomes free of conflicts, that is Moksha (liberation). A mind filled with conflicts is Sansar (worldly life). "
" Questioner: Do all worldly actions go to waste? Dadashri: No, it depends on the purpose. If the purpose is Liberation, then one will come across circumstances for liberation. If the purpose is the passion for worldly pleasures, then one will find befitting circumstances. "
" One time quarrel is tantamount to incurring a loss of five thousand rupees. "
" Where there is syadvaad (that which is accepting of all viewpoints and acceptable by all), there is no debate (vaad), no controversy (vivaad) and no protest (prativaad). "
" Soul is endowed with resultant bliss! One himself is Soul, no one else can take its happiness away from him. One is free of all pain and suffering by nature. He has tremendous (powerful) grandeur (splendor)! How can any misery affect him? "
