" The total OPEC+ deal was for 9.7 million barrels a day reduction, of which Russia and Saudi Arabia would each contribute 2.5 million barrels. Now they were on absolute parity—an agreed baseline of eleven million barrels a day each, which would go down for each to 8.5 million barrels.
