Talisa Lavarry

Talisa “Tali” Lavarry is the owner and operator of Yum Yum Morale LLC , a workplace diversity, equity and inclusion firm that helps business leaders create and foster equitable and sustainable work environments for marginalized people.

Tali is a native of Shreveport, LA. currently residing in Seattle, WA. Before devoting her life to workplace race relations, she worked as a corporate event manager, planning and producing events in the pharmaceutical, government, education, non-profit and tech sectors. Tali has had the honor of working with Marianne Williamson, The Golden State Warriors and Barack Obama, among other luminaries.

She is known for her ability to be diplomatic, approachable, educational and entertaining. Through her own personal stories, she boldly moves corporate power brokers from resistant to receptive. Candid conversations and vulnerability are her superpowers.

In her spare time she enjoys live theater, spending time in nature, and preparing healthy meals for friends.
