Gerald Maclennon

Gerald MacLennon is author of three books and occasional contributor to online book reviews. Born in the American West, MacLennon has traveled throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Well-versed in the cultures, philosophies and religions of this world, his diversity of experience is reflected in the art of his writings, poetry, illustrations and photography.

He has a basic understanding of TeNaKh Hebrew and writes Hebrew Calligraphy. Scholarship-winning artist at 12, US Navy photographer at 18, Vietnam fighter jet reconnaissance programmer at 20, radio deejay, copywriter and production director at 25, commercial artist to computer-based graphic designer, illustrator, cartoonist at a major ad agency by 35, genealogist and family historian at 50, book author at 65.

His most acclaimed books include: "God, Bombs & Viet Nam" (Vietnam Air War 1967), "Muffet & the Dust Storm" (Iowa farm girl in 1930s) and "Wrestling with Angels: An Anthology of Prose & Poetry 1962-2016."

Gerald Edward Logan writes under pseudonym: Gerald MacLennon. He is biologically linked to Salisbury nobles of 16th century Wales, to Catherine of Berain, and to royals of the Tudor Dynasty.
