" God has become trapped in as many living beings as there are. Now should you feel contempt (irritated) towards one when God is trapped? "
― Dada Bhagwan , Who am I?
" The world is ‘charging’ by nature itself. The ‘discharge’ part is just a ‘reaction’. "
" Renunciation & acquisition are both at the gross level, while being irritated and having love [for someone] are at the subtle level. The two cannot be equated with each other, so why are you doing that? These two have nothing to do with each other. "
" In worldly life, no one will become our very own. It is only our Soul that is our very own. Where everything is relative, what is there (to expect)? "
" Permanent Knowledge is itself the Self indeed. The Self is Knowledge and that indeed is the absolute Self. There is no need to search for any other absolute Self. That absolute Self resides within you; not only is the Soul in existence but also the one with a physical body. A visible representation (murti) also exists and so does the One that is invisible (amurta)! "
" On what basis is the entire worldly life in existence? It is due to conflicts. "
" Gnani Purush’ is an adjective-less state. To give him the adjective of ‘Bhagwan’ (God), is akin to lowering his status (low degree of status). "
" Kashay (anger-pride-deceit-greed) is the cause for the next life and vishay (sensual pleasure) is the result of the previous life! "
" The absolutely detached Lord has said, "The one who does not have abhorrence (dwesh) or love (prem) over both, bad deeds (paap) and good deeds (punya) is absolutely free from attachment and abhorrence (vitaraag)! "
" Bhagwan’ (God) does not do anything! What does the ‘packing’ (outer physical complex; the non-Self – the mind, body, speech…) not do? "
" As individuality develops and blossoms incrementally, and it becomes fully expressed; that is the Absolute state of the Self (parmatma). "
" To not do egoism in that which is mandatory is known as Purusharth (real spiritual effort to progress as the Self). "
" The matters of eating, drinking and dwelling are of pudgal (non-Self complex). All the people in the world have these three things only. They have been given numerous names. The food and drink items are limited, but the dwelling is unlimited. The entire world is dwelling in the non-Self complex (pudgal ramnu)! "
" A ‘Gnani’’ (Enlightened one) is also in ‘prakruti’ (relative self, made of inherent traits). However, the one who remains separate despite staying in a ‘prakruti’ is a ‘Gnani’. "
" It is called saiyam [inner control] when anger-pride-deceit-greed are under control. However those who renounce are not called saiyami [those with inner control]; they are called ‘tyagi’, one who renounces worldly life. "
" One just has to understand the facts as to ‘what is correct’ and ‘what is incorrect’. What is the truth? What is correctness? What is the World? What is all this? Who am I? What is the Absolute Supreme Soul (Parmatma)? "
" In order to be happy in this world, there is only one path, that of normality. There is no unhappiness if normality is maintained in everything that you do; in eating and drinking, in getting up-sitting down, in moving around, in working. "
" To believe 'the relative' as 'real' is known as illusion (bhranti). The One who refers to 'the relative' as 'relative' is a Gnani! "
" What Vyavasthit (the result of Scientific Circumstantial Evidences) says is that, ‘The stock is ready such that You (as the Self) do not have to do anything. You (as the Self) just continue Seeing. This mind-speech-body are under the control of Vyavasthit. "
" If bhagwan (god) was a name, then we would have to call him ‘Bhagwandas’. Bhagwan is an adjective. Bhagwan comes from the word Bhagwat. The one who attains Bhagwat attributes (God like attributes, godliness); he is Bhagwan (God). "
