Dale F. Brandt

Dale Brandt began playing pool at the age of six in a family-owned tavern in Wisconsin. He has experience as a barroom player, a league player and a tournament player. His tournament opponents have included internationally-recognized professional players.
He studied writing at Northwestern University as part of the journalism program. He is the author of an out-of-print pool book titled THE MIND'S EYE. He also wrote monthly columns for THE AMERICAN CUEIST magazine.
His current book is the third, and most comprehensive, version of A POOL PLAYER'S JOURNEY. It became necessary when the publishers of the first two versions went out of business. Dale felt compelled to make his theories available to the public and did a significant rewrite in order to do so.
