Selena Haskins is a native Washingtonian. Her love for reading and writing started at the tender age of nine. Her two greatest loves are God and family and she uses both as the central theme in the books that she writes. A River Moves Forward, Riding the Waves, and Just Between Us-Inspiring Stories by Women were all best-sellers on Amazon, helping Selena to build her readership not only locally, but internationally.

Selena's latest novel, Yesterday Was a Long Time Ago, continues to explore relationships, family dynamics, love, hope, and the power of forgiveness.

In addition to writing novels, Selena enjoys blogging. Her blogs have generated well-over 82,000 views, leading Selena to become a regular guest blogger for Sister's Place Magazine. Selena has also contributed one of her most popular blogs, "Social Media Trolling," as an article that was accepted by Book Cover Magazine's (July edition). Selena’s growing popularity and infectious personality have made her a reoccurring guest on many online radio shows. Conversations Book Club listed, Yesterday Was a Long Time Ago as part of their summer reading list. She was also featured in Conversations Magazine (July Issue).
