Renata Ammazzini

As a child Renata Ammazzini loved to draw cartoons, and write stories. Later she preferred to write short stories. However, she never stopped drawing. Elves and cats mostly, as long as she was able to use her imagination. When she developed the idea for her first book, everything came together: a children's book with her own illustrations. Her three cats served as inspiration, and her kids were her target audience.
Her kids, two girls of 3 and 5 years old, are a critical audience, and honest. If they are pleased with her stories, Renata knows she is doing something right. As I am writing this, she is already working on two follow up stories, plus the translations in both English and Italian.
