C.H. Garbutt

C.H. Garbutt has been writing stories since she was nine years old. Her love for children's literature began with A Wrinkle in Time and The Chronicles of Narnia. Years later, reading aloud to her own two children, well past the age they could read on their own, re-kindled her affection for fantastical action adventures. C.H. Garbutt's love of literature and poetry, fueled by new advances in technology for engaging young readers, inspired Black Pool. She is an attorney and works in the area of global health philanthropy, helping to create better access to healthcare in low resource countries around the world. Black Pool is her debut novel.
