Rich Hoffman is an independent writer and philosopher from Cincinnati, Ohio. His published works include 'The Symposium of Justice' and the most recent 'Tail of the Dragon'. Nicknamed “The Tax-killer” for his work in fighting tax increases, author Rich Hoffman uses his own frequent altercations with the law to explore the many meanings of freedom.
