My book review rating system:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐= a book I'm raving about. I own it and I've already made plans to reread it. I forcibly make others read this book.
⭐⭐⭐⭐= a great book. It may or may not be on my shelves and it's a one-time read for me, but I highly recommend it to my friends.
⭐⭐⭐= a fine book. The writing is solid but I'm just not the intended audience or I'm not in the mood for this book. It may still be worth checking out.
⭐⭐= a mediocre book. The story is confusing/doesn't make sense or the characters are unlikeable/unrealistic. I wouldn't recommend.
⭐= a bad book. The book is full of mistakes/it's unreadable.

It's worth noting that I'm more likely to DNF rather than rate a book anything lower than ⭐⭐⭐.
