Doug Radkey has 20+ years of food and beverage industry experience, including 10+ years of consulting experience. Through his business, Key Restaurant Group, Doug has helped grow numerous independent brands across North America. He began the writing component of his career as a columnist for Foodable TV, Typsy and other leading hospitality magazines. Bar Hacks is his first published book.
Doug is married to Jennifer, who is editor of Bar Hacks, and is father to one little girl. He believes in following your passion and continuously learning and growing.
