" When the power of breath (Sa) is controlled it becomes rested (as) and in thatstate it transforms into protector(tra); this is the basic principle of life andconsciousness, wherein the senses, mind, intelligence all are protected anddirected through the power of breath in a rested state, this is called Sa+as+tra (SASTRA). It is the most powerful weapon alive and the most powerfulprotector as well. One who stills, directs, controls and allows it to rise fromthe core of the body to the subtle, subtler, subtlest levels of consciousness isconsidered to be well versed in Sastras. Ananth Yoga allows one to work onthe Grossest, Gross, Subtle, Subtler levels of consciousness, through thebreath power leading on to connect to the subtlest level of consciousness. "
" Have you seen anybody dancing? He is totally aware of himself and dances his way in a manner as decided by his heart. Meditation is also similar to the dancer. You need not reach anyplace, you have to just delve deep in yourself to find the true self and be a Soul Searcher. "
" Hold the thoughts, know the thoughts and you realize the thoughts have slowed showing breaks and gaps, be the witness to them and you shall be meditating "
" Trust and condemnation work hand in hand for both work on the concept of experience, of knowing it, observing it, realizing it, understanding it and finally accepting it in either of the two categories for the root remains the same 'Expectation'. Expectation leads one to think that 'I would achieve something if trust is there' and when the expectation is not achieved the process of condemning begins. Imagine a situation where the basis of doing something is not expectation but remains mystical in nature. This is a state of liberation from the most difficult process as without Expectation, Trust is absent and Condemnation ceases to exist. This is a pure state for it helps one to unravel the human nature and the neutral mindest, openness emerges leading one to grow more and more within. "
" Walking on the path I met my Master, known by a million names in different cultures and places yet people have forgotten the way to HIM. "
" The moment you are there You know but the moment cannot be explained for it is beyond language and expression. It is a moment of silence, joy, bliss, void, crying, dancing but nothing confirms to normal. "
" The time and moment of Ancient and Medieval is gone, a new change is sought from within by the lifeforce a moment that is for NOW and not holding on the Past which though Primordial is eternally in the present living for the Future. "
" The role of SatGuru works through the Uttama acharya Sthiti (Superior Teacher position) by giving inspiration, talks, knowledge and practices and walks through a meticulous way of making the disciple to walk the way through circumstantial pressures in the most righteous manner till the disciple is able to attain the Guru within. The ways begin with purity in thought, purity in action and purity in consciousness, where the core remains fully stabilized in Meditation, holding the fire of truth one loves and punishes the disciple to walk on the path in the most sacred and humble manner.Even with the grace of SatGuru also it is quite possible the disciple may not be able to walk on the path. The reason being that the core of the disciple has to rise up to the grace of the SatGuru too.The disciple who feels that one needs to rise should follow the process of initiation and intuitional science with all sincerity, perseverance and passion with regular and sustained effort. The day the whole path becomes part of one’s life one finds that the purpose in life and the goal both become very clear allowing one to grow and evolve every single moment of time. "
" Delve deep to know your true self "
" Experiencing Death is like experiencing Life for both are complete within themselves and they both have same effect on the human mind, yet the conditioning makes us love one and fear the other. "
