QUOTE : Psalm 145 shows us we’re right in the middle of God’s love. He is great and greatly to be praised (v. 3). His greatness is unsearchable (v. 3), and we should declare His greatness (v. 6). He is great in mercy, and His compassions are over all His works (vv. 8–9). He upholds all who fall and raises all who are bowed down (v. 14). He provides our needs (v. 16). He is righteous in all His ways and gracious in all His works. He is near to all who call upon Him, and He preserves all who love Him (vv. 17–20). Reading Psalm 145 is like climbing above the tree line and taking in the breathtaking view of God’s compassion, love, and tender mercies—and finding ourselves right in the middle of it all.
